St. Christopher’s Hospital

This grant will fund a new garden at St. Christopher’s in North Philadelphia as part of the Center for the Urban Child to grow fresh produce, herbs and flowers for patients and their families. Funds will be used to build or purchase raised beds, soil, plants, compost bin and irrigation system. The garden will also serve as respite for staff with a seating area.
